Jobs in Dubai Cashier jobs As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to retail transactions and customer service. Some of your main responsibilities will include computing charges for merchandise or services, receiving payments through different channels, issuing receipts and refunds, greeting customers, maintaining clean checkout areas, resolving customer complaints, answering questions, providing information on procedures or policies, recommending products and services, answering phones, and receiving, examining, and tagging articles to be altered, cleaned, stored, or repaired. Additionally, you will be expected to clean and prepare stock in hand, and participate in inventories.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a set of key skills that include strong administration skills, the ability to monitor a number of different tasks, accuracy, attention to detail, ability to follow and understand procedures, excellent customer care/service skills, the ability to identify and satisfy the needs of internal and external customers, displaying commitment to meeting and exceeding their expectations, proficiency in using computer software and applications, basic knowledge of relevant IT packages and systems, and technical expertise to demonstrate and apply professional/ technical expertise/ knowledge for the role or position.
